This site is located in Cracroft, Christchurch, on a gently to steeply sloping. The dwelling is located on a cut to fill building platform on the southern portion of the site half way up on an approximately 18 degree slope.

- The crack injection repair at existing failure points on NE & SW upper retaining walls
