The re-level of foundation for a Chester Street property was carried out by CCS, including jobs:
- Undertake re-level of the Type C Slab foundation
- Re-level includes expose and breakout existing concrete piles, in-situ re-levelling using perimeter & internal hydraulic jacking and underpin, void filling under slab and reconnection of piles
- Rectification of 100mm core drill holes with approved waterproofing compound and cementitious grout
- Protection to exterior wall face from grout during levelling
- Removal of excess grout to a level 100mm below natural ground level
