Highly recommended

We had a difficult job. A hard to access site with an old house up steep steps and path. No vehicle or easy hiab access, a sloping site. Clay soils and the very wettest year Auckland has thrown at us. Simon, Wes, Chase and co were good communicators, good problem solvers. Calm and reassuring when the unexpected or unwanted happened and obviously very skilled and experienced. Finished as close to budget as we could have hoped given the site conditions and hidden problems.

Delighted with the repiling

Delighted with the repiling of our 1902 cottage – it all went very smoothly and they tidied up perfectly. Simon and Wes were brilliant to deal with and very patient with my endless questions. Many thanks to them and their team!

Highly recommended

I can highly recommend CCS. Simon and Wes were always in communication and I found this very reassuring . I had an old 100 year old villa re-piled and levelled. The team digging the holes etc, were very efficient, hard working and always left my property clean and tidy each night. As a result there was minimal disruption as I remained living in the house during the repile. The weather was dreadful as it rained non stop at times, making working conditions challenging, but the boys managed this easily, completing the project on time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CCS to anyone needing repiling/ levelling work. The process was made easy and without any stress or fuss for me with excellent communication by CCS and the team of very efficient workers.

Great company

Great company to deal with, Wes came out to look & quote, which I received quickly and the guys who did the work were onto the job with no mucking around and got the job done. I would recommend using CCS to anyone who needs piling work done. Communication with them was easy and I was informed of what was happening and when. 10/10.

Fantastic

Simon and Wesley were fantastic from the very start of this project when I found out that my house foundations were unstable. They communicated with me over phone and email before the project was underway and made regular site visits and in person updates. Their crew were efficient and hard working and made significant progress in a short time. Even heavy rain and a cyclone didn’t set the project back timewise. They were great to have around and worked really hard. The end result is terrific – new foundations and a level floor, all done in time and within budget. Great work.

Great experience

Great experience with this company in all respects. Clear and prompt communication. They came and did the job sooner than I expected (which was fantastic because I have been looking for people to do this work all year). Friendly. They were very helpful in explaining what was happening and answering questions I threw their way.
They worked hard and left my house so tidy you wouldn’t have known they had been here. I wouldn’t hesitate you use them again, and recommend them to others.

Absolute machines

CCS undertook a job that seem to be too complex for everyone else I contacted. The staff worked like absolute machines in an uncomfortable area. They finished the job, with no issues, doing everything they said they would. The work was in an area that is generally unseen which is a shame as the standard of finish is something worth seeing. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending CCS.

Knew their business

Very happy with the Repiling. Team of professional young men who knew their business. No disruptions to our household. Tidy and cleaned up after themselves and also very respectful and accommodating. They even sourced and replaced the two Maccy posts holding up my front gates.
