The re-level of the foundation for this property included:
- Undertaking the releveling of the Type-C slab foundation.
- In-situ releveling using perimeter hydraulic jacking and underpin, internal grout lift and void filling under-slab.
- Rectification of 100mm core drill holes with approved waterproofing compound and cementitious grout.
- Protection to exterior wall face from grout during levelling.
- Removal of excess grout to level 100mm below natural ground level.
