This is a three storey house with stucco exterior cladding over timber framing walls. It has a concrete floor for the lower floor.
Repairs & Improvements include:
- Strengthening of pole retaining wall under the garage and creation of a drain to remove water
- Construction of the new pole retaining wall to replace the wall which had collapsed by the road below
- Construction on new intermediate pole retaining wall above one by the road, including steps for changes in ground height
- House relevelled as best as practicable using jacking points & concreting in foundation & floor at new level
