- CCS is able to provide the full package for clients for both residential and commercial foundation solutions, from drawings for council consent to Engineering PS1 & PS4.
- Our systems may not trigger a building consent for many residential properties as we re-level in-situ without having to remove and relocate the home.
- CCS have experienced Licensed Building Practitioners and Project Managers. This makes us capable of delivering the entire project
- CCS maintains a strict standard regarding the implementation of health and safety and environmental regulations. We have both Site Wise and Site Safe accreditation, an in-house Health and Safety Coordinator and complete audits regularly.
